License Application
Elkai karate license and membership are a combined yearly subscription. All karate-ka / students MUST have this or applied for this to be able to train. (You can download the forms by clicking the links at the bottom of the page) Elkai License and Membership enables the karate-ka to practice karate, enter competitions and enables them grade for their grades.
